I bought a membership, but it says I’m not activated, what do I do?

On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our membership and you are not able to access the graphics from the members area using your details, send a support request using our support form. Include your transaction ID (specify whether it was paid via 2checkout or PayPal), full name, e-mail address, and username so that we can assist you with haste.
